Boeing Statement on USA Jet Airlines DC-9 Crash

SEATTLE, July 06, 2008 -- All of us at Boeing wish to offer our condolences to the family and friends of the captain who was lost today on board the USA Jet Airlines DC-9 freighter that crashed in northeast Mexico. We will keep the critically-injured co-pilot and his family in our thoughts. Boeing is providing an accident investigator onsite to support the U.S. team invited by the Mexican government.
