South Korea's Jeju Air Places Orders Boeing Next-Generation 737s

SEATTLE, Dec. 31, 2007 -- Boeing today announced South Korean carrier Jeju Air's first order for Boeing Next-Generation 737s - five 737-800s.

Jeju Air officials indicated that the new airplanes will be used for the airline's domestic routes in Korea, as well as for expansion in the nearby region, including service to Japan and China.
