Boeing Reports Quarterly Dividend

SEATTLE, Dec. 13, 1999 -- Boeing Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Phil Condit reported that a quarterly dividend of 14 cents a share was declared by the Board of Directors at its Dec. 13 meeting. The dividend is payable March 3, 2000, to shareholders of record on Feb. 11, 2000.
