SEATTLE, June 28, 1999 -- Boeing Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Phil Condit reported that a quarterly dividend of 14 cents a share was declared by the Board of Directors at its June 28 meeting. The dividend is payable Sept. 3, 1999, to shareholders of record on Aug. 13, 1999.
