Boeing Reports Quarterly Dividend

SEATTLE, Dec. 14, 1998 -- Boeing Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Phil Condit reported that a quarterly dividend of 14 cents a share was declared by the Board of Directors at its Dec. 14 meeting. The dividend is payable March 3, 1999, to shareholders of record on Feb. 10, 1999.
