This ad is one in a new series of ads created to support Boeing’s bid for the Ground-based Midcourse Defense contract, which is being re-competed. The campaign highlights the proven experience of the Boeing-led team in partnership with the Missile Defense Agency. This print ad is running in the The Huntsville Times, Politico, Aviation Week, and key military and trade publications.

This ad was released and ran on July 1, the day after the World Trade Organization ruling that declared European launch aid subsidies to Airbus illegal. The messaging conveys the potential risk to U.S. jobs and exports due to unfair competition, and thanks the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative for its determination to pursue and resolve this issue. The ad was targeted at U.S. government officials and ran in The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Washington Times, Roll Call, Politico and Congress Daily.
