Weighty decision
Employees who want to take charge of their well-being might
consider some tips from 23-year Boeing veteran James Kiely,
who weighed 298 pounds (135 kilograms) when he decided it was
time to regain his health and get in shape. Just as Kiely did,
employees can take the Boeing online Health Assessment
and sign up for health coaching. Since the beginning of the
year, Kiely has lost 47 pounds (21 kilograms). But the drop
in weight is only part of his healthy new lifestyle.
