The people of Boeing have a long and generous tradition of helping others in their communities. Boeing facilitates employee involvement in the community by sponsoring volunteer projects with nonprofit organizations where employees live and work. Over the years, they have spent hundreds of thousands of hours as volunteers on their own and with groups participating in company-sponsored projects.
