Individual ECFs tailor their local pooled fund investing to community needs and member interests. Additionally, some ECFs may only accept grant applications at certain times during the year.
That's why it is strongly advised that you review the local ECF grant-making guidelines, where available, for the Fund from which you are seeking support.

Step 1: Review the guidelines for the particular Fund representing the area in which the nonprofit is located. As stated above, if you do not see local ECF grant-making guidelines for the Fund in your area, you should contact the ECF administrator for that Fund for assistance before you apply.
