Employee Incentive Plan
An employee incentive plan provides cash bonuses to eligible employees if the company achieves and/or exceeds annual economic profit objectives the previous year. Currently, the majority of Boeing's non-executive non-management employees are eligible for the plan.

Management Incentive Plan
Boeing’s success is built by its people, and Boeing managers are expected to lead the way by strengthening employee engagement, developing future leaders, inspiring innovation, and delivering results. Under this plan, managers have the opportunity to earn annual incentive pay based on individual and company performance results.

Recognition Program
