Stephanie Johnson is the Human Resources Director for Boeing Government Operations. In this role, Johnson partners with Government Operations leaders to develop and implement talent solutions in support of the business, and leads the execution of human resources processes and initiatives for the organization. Johnson is a member of the Government Operations Leadership Team and reports to the Vice President of Human Resources for Corporate and Shared Services Group.

Johnson has also held key leadership roles as the Director of Human Resources for the Shared Services Group (SSG) Site Services organization and the Director of Boeing Benefits Policy and Strategy. As Human Resources Director for SSG Site Services, Johnson led strategy and execution for 4,500 employees across multiple Boeing sites, and led a team of 20 professionals in the delivery of talent solutions and human resources services for the organization.

In the Benefits Policy and Strategy role, Johnson led Boeing's company-wide policies and strategies for employee benefits, including the company's health, welfare, pension and savings benefit plans. While in this role, Johnson served on the Board of Directors of Care Focused Purchasing, Inc., a national non-profit organization focused on achieving a more transparent and performance-sensitive health care market, as well as the Board of Directors of the National Business Group on Health Institute on Health Care Costs and Solutions. She began her career at Boeing in September 2001 as Senior Manager, Benefits Policy and Strategy.

Prior to joining Boeing, Johnson held a number of human resources leadership and consulting roles with Abbott Laboratories, Hyatt Hotels Corporation and the consulting firms of Hewitt Associates and Coopers & Lybrand.

Johnson holds a bachelor's degree in international business and marketing from Carthage College, and a master's degree in business administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
