Boeing and NASA

The Augustine Committee, a 10-member independent committee appointed by President Obama, has concluded that NASA needs its base funding increased by $3 billion to continue its efforts to return to the moon. The panel provided several options for the Administration’s consideration which will impact Boeing, including extension of the International Space Station operations to at least 2020.
