Pay and Benefits Profile now available on TotalAccess

The 2008 Pay & Benefits Profile for eligible U.S.-based employees has been updated on TotalAccess. The profile is designed to help employees understand the total value of their pay and benefits package and answer questions about their health and financial well-being. “Taking care of ourselves and our futures requires planning, commitment and action,” said Rick Stephens, senior vice president of Human Resources and Administration. “Use the tools in your personalized Pay & Benefits Profile to help you maximize your benefits and plan for your savings and retirement goals.”

Last year, Boeing invested more than $19 billion in pay and benefits in its employees. From pension and savings plans to help employees secure their future, to learning and development opportunities to prepare them for the next job assignment, to world-class wellness programs, the Pay & Benefits Profile demonstrates the company’s investment in its people and enables employees to take advantage of the many helpful tools and opportunities available.

“The Profile is just one of the many resources available to help you make informed decisions about your personal health and financial well-being. To get the most out of what Boeing offers, I encourage you to take action to plan for your future,” said Stephens.

Employees can review their personalized Profile through Boeing TotalAccess from work, home or wherever they access the Internet. When employees open the My Pay & Incentives page in TotalAccess, a summary instantly shows the personalized value of their pay and benefits. By clicking the Pay & Benefits Profile link, employees can then take a closer look at all the interactive financial planning tools and comprehensive information located in their Profile. The results from using the planning tools can be printed to share with family members, and financial or estate planners. Refreshed once a year, the current online Profile captures data as of March 31, 2008.
